"I used Jim Walker as my kitchen designer when we decided to remodel our entire kitchen. We had added an addition to our kitchen, so the layout was completely different from the original kitchen. We were starting with a blank slate and didn't know exactly what we were looking for. We went to several designers and ended up using Jim Walker. He was very helpful, patient, and honest. He always met with us when we needed to go over things and was always willing to change the design to meet our needs. There were several revisions to the first plan, but Jim was always helpful and listened to our idea's. I would definitely recommend Jim for any Kitchen Project." – B. G.

"Since moving in our new home in October 2014, we have had the chance to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas with our families here in our humble abode. As we enter into 2015, Danny and I wanted to take this time to thank you, Do It Best Hardware and especially Jim Walker for the wonderful service we received during our construction. Once again Ashley and Bruce were Prompt, Pleasant and Professional! They both clearly get it and got me as a Customer Now and in the FUTURE. They understand, pursue and provide 100% Customer TOTAL Satisfaction! They found the replacement parts and provided first person instructions, which allowed me to make the required repairs! Thereby avoiding a delay in using the lamp and a very expensive repair BILL!
